Experienced manager with a portfolio of successful building projects. Expertise in overseeing construction from start to finish.

As a son of construction engineer i grew up on building sites. From the early age my father taught me different skills and ways how to be on builder. From the age of eleven, i worked every summer in my fathers construction company. Started with simple jobs and by the time i got sixteen, he gave my my first own project to run.
After i finished high school i went to study business management in Mainor university.
This was followed by several years of being a construction entrepreneur, when i realized that
i need to have a construction engineer degree as well. So i admission to Tallinna Technics collage. Same time i was running construction business with my father. After my father past away, i kept running the company and worked together with many great construction companies.
In one point, i got tired to make it on my own and decided to accepted job offer from Bauest AB and moved to Sweden to be a project manager.
After two years living in Sweden it was time to make decision. To stay in Sweden and but my kids to school there or move back to Estonia and let my children get education in their mother land. Fortunately, the large projects I managed, were just finished and I was given a very good offer by Nordic houses. So we moved back to Estonia and i started working as project manager in Nordic Houses. They produced and built wooden prefabricated houses, and since I had a strong construction background, I was put in charge of all major and special projects.
I worked there about two years, when the owner decided to close this line of business. Under my management, 11 projects were completed during this time.
Then i took few months off and started with new page. I started working as project manager in Metkon Projekt. We produced and installed fences, railings, stairs mainly from steel and class. But then covid hit the world and the government shut down the connection to my home island Saaremaa. So i had to decide , do i stay in Tallinn for unknown time or should i return to Saaremaa and be with my family. I went home and staid in lock down. For awhile in worked in distance with Metkon, but there are limited amount of what you can do from distance, so i started construction company with my best friend on the island. And for the past three years i have been building up the company and we were able to grow it to the third largest construction company on Saaremaa in three years. Sadly our visions for the future diverged and I decided to go my own way. Decided to educate myself more and connect with more extraordinary projects. To build some great object and leave a meaningful mark.
